Chondro-Gide®

Chondro-Gide® ist eine Bilayer-Kollagen­membran, die eigens für die Knorpelregene­ration entwickelt wurde. Um höchste Qualität und Sicherheit zu gewährleisten, wird die Membran in der Schweiz unter strengen Qualitätsauflagen aus hochaufge­reinigtem porcinem Kollagen hergestellt.1

Chondro-Gide® unterstützt die körpereigene Selbstheilungskraft bei der Regeneration von menschlichem Knorpel. Die einzigartige Struktur mit einer glatten, kompakten Oberseite und einer rauen, porösen Unterseite bietet ideale Bedingungen für Knorpelregeneration.

Chondro-Gide® als Trägermaterial

Bei der autologen Chondrocyten Implantation dient die Chondro-Gide® als Träger. Sie bietet eine unterstützende 3D- Matrix für Adhäsion und Zelldifferenzierung9. Die Zellen können auf die raue Seite der bilayer Membran aufgebracht werden, während die glatte Seite den Zellverlust während des Prozesses verhindert.

AMIC® als Abdeckung

AMIC® (Autologe Matrix-Induzierte Chondrogenese) ist eine einzeitige, kosteneffiziente und effektive Technik zur Behandlung von Knorpeldefekten. Bei AMIC® deckt Chondro-Gide® den Defekt ab und bietet so eine schützende Umgebung für die Zelldifferenzierung und die Bildung von neuem Knorpelgewebe3,7,10. Erfahren Sie hier mehr über AMIC®.

Chondro-Gide® als Umhüllung

AMMR® (Arthroskopische Matrix-Basierte Meniskusreparatur) ist eine Technik, die für den Erhalt des Meniskus entwickelt wurde. Die Membran wird um den beschädigten Meniskus gewickelt, wobei ihre glatte Seite zur Gelenkhöhle hin zeigt. In einer Studie wurde der Raum zwischen dem Meniskus und der umhüllenden Membran mit biologischen Faktoren angereichert, um den Reparaturprozess zu verbessern11.
